Customers shopping on our website can only return products if they were damaged in the shipping process. No returns will be given for any other circumstance other than damaged products that were delivered to the consumer. Returns can only be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Form of payment

Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your returns.

• Credit card refunds: if you purchased with a credit card, your refund will be credited back to the original credit card.
• Check refunds: if you purchased with a check, your refund will be sent in the mail with a check in the full amount in which you paid. (minus 15% restocking fee)

Restocking fees

In all situations, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all items.

Tax

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
